Restaurant Basalt is located at the historic harbor of Den Oever, the starting or ending point of your journey along the Afsluitdijk. This makes it the perfect stop along your route.

Entering Den Oever via the roundabout, take an immediate right onto Havenweg. Drive straight ahead, passing the Avia, Dekamarkt, and the bus station. Then, turn left at the bump to enter the harbor area. You will soon see Restaurant Basalt in the middle of the harbor. There is ample parking space available on both sides of the building.

Additionally, two disabled parking spaces have been created near the disabled access, making it easy to enter the restaurant.
